Painting & WYSIWYG
- Decent tabletop standard for painting
- WYSIWYG is quite relaxed. The principle is: Your opponent should be able to tell what unit is which entry from your list by look at it.
Pairing process
Each team starts with 3 Army lists on hand represented by "Pairing cards".
Phase 1
- Both teams choose one card and place it face down.
- Team A places theirs on Match 1
- Team B places theirs on Match 2
- Simultaneously reveal both cards
Phase 2
- From your 2 remaining cards, choose a "counter" and place it face down
- Team A places theirs on Match 2 (against Team B's first card)
- Team B places theirs on Match 1 (against Team A's first card)
- Simultaneously reveal both cards
Phase 3
- The final card remaining in each team's hand is placed on Match 3
Phase 4
- Dice roll which match (1, 2, or 3) is played on which physical table
